Sinister Diesel has reinvented the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) cooler with this great new model for the 6.0L Powerstroke with the same fit as the stock unit from Ford. This EGR cooler kit comes with a new square-style EGR cooler and an installation kit that includes the water outlet connector hose, intake gaskets, o-ring kit, and turbo bolts. One of the major concerns with the factory EGR Cooler is that when the internal brazing cracks, coolant is sucked into the intake manifold. From the manifold it enters the combustion chamber which usually results in a blown head gasket or hydro-locked motor and costly repair bills for thousands of dollars!
