Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), making them legal for street use. These Projector Headlights were designed to be a direct plug and play replacement for your Mustang's original factory housings. The sequential turn signal and DRL light bar portion of the headlight will require splicing into your wiring harness with the supplied scotch lock connectors.
