| Handlebar ID | Interior Abrasive Brush To glue in the heating cartridges, the handlebar must be clean and roughened from the inside. This can be easily achieved with our internal grinding brushes. The brush is preferably driven by a cordless screwdriver at 1000 - 1400 rpm. A processing depth of 100 mm is given, if only the cylindrical shaft protrudes from the handlebars. (See picture) Removes rust, loose dirt, paint, powder coatings and anodized coatings. The tool leaves a fine brush finish. Attention: Not suitable for deburring or removing rough unevenness! For such purposes please use our long shaft milling tool.
