If your suspension were to over compress you could negative arc your springs causing fatigue and premature sag, as well as bottom out your shocks causing them to leak and fail. By lowering the front bump stops 1.375", these spacers help prevent suspension over-compression that can lead to damage of leaf springs, shocks, and shock mounts during aggressive off-road use or heavy suspension cycling.
