About the Product Brembo Racing PR16x18 Billet Radial Front Brake Master Cylinder with Long Folding Lever XR01131 Brand: Brembo Racing Manufacturer Part Number: XR01131 OPP Racing Item Number: 361492 Category: Aftermarket Front Brake Master Cylinders Product Description Upgrade your front brake controls with the Brembo Racing PR16x18 Billet Radial Master Cylinder. Featuring a 16mm piston and fixed 18mm lever pivot distance, the XR01131 combines CNC-machined aluminum construction with a long folding lever. The adjustable lever reach lets riders tailor the control position to their hand size and preference. Its folding blade can move upward during an impact, helping reduce the risk of lever damage. Supplied without a reservoir, this master cylinder allows an external reservoir to be positioned to suit your cockpit layout. Reservoir mounting components and appropriate brake-line hardware are required separately. OPP Racing product details. Key Features 16mm piston: PR16 hydraulic configuration. Installation requires a suitable reservoir, fluid-compatible feed hose, mounting hardware, appropriate banjo bolt and sealing washers. Applications requiring brake-light operation also need a compatible switching arrangement. Reservoir Required: When upgrading your master cylinder, you will need an external reservoir to house the excess brake / clutch fluid. The easiest way is to purchase a brake reservoir mounting kit, which has all hardware, hose, clamps, etc included. You can also purchase the reservoirs or tubing separately if you want to custom fit your own. Banjo Bolts Required: When upgrading your master cylinder, you will need new banjo bolts to connect the master cylinder to your brake lines. Choose a single banjo for OEM brake line configurations (one line to the right caliper with a crossover). Choose a double banjo for dual line configurations (one line to each caliper). For race applications, the banjo bolts do not have pressure switches. For street applications, we recommend banjo bolts with pressure switches that allow you to activate the brake lights. Brake Fluid Required: Don't forget to purchase some Brake Fluid at the same time, since you will need to re-bleed your brakes after installing your new brake master.
