Until now. CSF's Exclusive B-Tube Technology increases the heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes. The 44 rows of 8mm super-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the core for the best possible performance. The radiator features threaded -20AN ORB ports for the main coolant inlet and outlet for maximum flow capabilities. One piece of feedback CSF has gotten over the years with the R-1 Triple-Pass "Ultimate Motorsports" Competition Radiator (CSF #8023) has been wanting something with -20AN capabilities instead of only -16AN. The new Motorsport Dual-Pass Radiator is the largest and most efficient cooler CSF manufactures. It features a mammoth 705mm x 448mm (27x75" x 17.5") core that is 68mm thick. The 68mm core is 24% thicker than the nearest competitor which uses a 55mm core. It offers more heat transfer and thermal capacity than any other radiator on the market. CSF has been heavily involved in motorsports for years supporting teams and enthusiasts in Time Attack, GTC, SRO, Drifting, along with Drag and Roll Racing. Many of CSF's "Drop-In" fit cooling systems are used in competition in addition to the Universal Systems. One thing that has been missing from the CSF catalog though was a large motorsport radiator The radiator is offered in two versions: Radiator only (CSF#8378) and Radiator with Shroud + 14" SPAL Brushless Fans (CSF #8374). The shroud is made of TIG welded laser cut that bolts to either side of the radiator. The fans are 14 inch (355mm) SPAL ABL505P 12V Brushless Puller Fans (SPAL 30107102). Each fan is capable of moving 2395 CFM (4060 m3/h) of air for a combined total of 4790 CFM (8120 m3/h). Most aftermarket fan kits don't include the jumper harnesses (pig tails) and rely on the customer to source their own or rewire in the factory connectors. While this works when replacing factory cooling fans, custom race setups can't always rely on this method. Especially when the radiator will not be mounted in the factory location. CSF includes the jumper harnesses (SPAL SBL-YAZ-PT10) with the #8374 to make the wiring process as easy as possible. The CSF engineering team has spent over a year working with companies like Drift HQ as well as Pro/Am Drifters to develop and refine the ultimate Drift Radiator. This new Universal Radiator can be used in any racing or motorsport application, but it was purpose built for Drift Vehicles.
