COG Leveling Kit - Elite

The result is a complete leveling system that enhances the appearance, capability, and overall driving experience of your truck while maintaining the comfort and reliability expected from a premium suspension package. Proudly engineered, manufactured, and assembled in the USA, Cognito components are built to meet the demands of daily driving, towing, and aggressive off-road use while maintaining excellent drivability and long-term reliability. This kit includes Cognito Billet Upper Control Arms, Torsion Bar Adjuster Keys, the Cognito Pitman and Idler Arm Support Kit (PISK), and front and rear FOX Performance Series Reservoir shocks. Together, these components are designed to maximize droop travel, improve suspension geometry, and deliver a more controlled and comfortable ride. The FOX Performance Series Reservoir shocks deliver race-proven off-road performance with the refinement needed for everyday driving. Inspired by FOX's championship-winning off-road race shocks, these smooth-body reservoir shocks are engineered to provide superior damping control, improved ride comfort, and exceptional durability under demanding conditions. Upgrade your 20202026 Silverado/Sierra 2500/3500 with a premium leveling system engineered to improve stance, suspension performance, ride quality, and durability both on and off road. Designed for 2WD and 4WD applications, this complete package combines high-quality Cognito components with FOX Series shocks to deliver exceptional performance without the guesswork. Equipped with external compression adjusters, the FOX Series shocks allow drivers to quickly fine-tune suspension performance for varying terrain, towing loads, and driving styles. Whether navigating rough off-road trails, hauling heavy loads, or cruising on the highway, these shocks provide the versatility, confidence, and control needed to tackle changing conditions with ease. To further improve steering system durability and handling precision, the included Cognito Pitman and Idler Arm Support Kit addresses common weaknesses found in factory GM steering systems. Utilizing Cognito's patented design, the PISK adds critical reinforcement to the pitman and idler arms, helping eliminate unwanted center-link movement while improving steering stability and extending component life. The Cognito Billet Upper Control Arms add both performance and style by correcting ball joint angles commonly affected by lifted and leveled applications. This design improves allowable droop travel for enhanced ride quality and suspension performance while maintaining proper alignment geometry. Precision-machined from premium 6061 aluminum and finished in a durable black anodized coating, these control arms offer exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability. Their lightweight yet heavy-duty construction makes them some of the strongest upper control arms Cognito has developed to date. Every kit includes all required hardware and QR code linking to detailed installation instructions for a smooth and efficient installation process. 3 In. Lvl Kit Fox Billet UCA.
